Which Company Has the Best Health Care for Employees
The National Business Group on Health, a non-profit organization that focuses on health care for the larger employers in the U.S., has awarded the 2009 Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles to several large-scale employers.
The Best Employer for Health Lifestyles is a set of lists that developed advance, creative, and comprehensive tool to improve employee health, productivity, and well-being.
The award is divided into three groups: Gold, Platinum, and Blue. Here are last year’s heros. Platinum level companies are judged based on the healthy weight of employees, reporting on health and lifestyles, continuous innovation on health-related programs. The Blue team, meanwhile, support employees to make long-term behavioral taker. The Silver awards welcomes companies that have high-level executive support for health programs.
Platinum Award goes to Dell, while the Gold Level trophy goes to Chrysler, CVS Caremark, Sprint, Verizon and Wal-Mart. The Silver trophies include Lowe’s Tar, Target, and Home Depot. These companies were judged according to the guidelines provided.
